    This event is for new students that will be attending Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year. Students that are 5 years old on or before September 1, 2024 are eligible for Kindergarten. Pre-K students that are currently attending HJISD DO NOT need to attend the registration event.

    REQUIRED ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS

    • Valid driver's license within the boundaries of HJISD
    • Child's birth certificate
    • Child's current Immunization record
    • Child's social security card
    • Proof of Parent/Guardian Residence within the HJISD boundaries 1) Current Utility Bill and 2) Current Lease, Closing or Mortgage Statement, any other legal document that establishes identity
